Comfortable Stay with One Disappointing Encounter

Our two-night stay in a Standard King Room was enjoyable overall, although a rude interaction with kitchen staff during breakfast put a damper on things. The fitness center was a big plus for us! Future guests should try to avoid breakfast rush hours.

Great stay but the TV drama!

The Standard King Room was super comfy, and we enjoyed the bar area for some drinks. Sadly, the TV went out for a day right when we wanted to catch the NBA Finals, which was a bummer. Still, loved the vibe and we’ll be back for sure!

Unfortunately, issues cropped up during my stay. The internet and TV were down for part of the time, and when they returned, the internet was painfully slow and almost unusable. There were no free breakfast options, which was a disappointment. In one room, a couple of shower bottles didn't function correctly, forcing me to go without shampoo throughout my stay. Cleanliness could use some attention. dirty sheets detracted from an otherwise decent space.

This place was just a fitting option for a lightning trip in Shenandoah with outstanding value for money. The evening receptionist was really friendly and brightened our stay with her smile. Make sure to check in later in the day for better service.

The shower dispensers were a nice touch, making it easy to grab soap and shampoo without fumbling around. I also appreciated the exercise equipment right there in the room. But, there wasn't a clean towel for both of us, and the staff could be more attentive at check-in. Also, a big stain on the sheets didn’t sit well with us.

I absolutely adored the serene decorations in the common areas—they felt so inviting! The accessible paths made it a breeze for me to explore without worrying about any obstacles. Every space was just perfect for relaxation.
